TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 “Test and Calibration Laboratory to meet the requirements of the General Conditions for the adequacy of standards and quality to serve customers.

Ensuring the protection of confidential information and proprietary rights of our customers with the principle of impartiality, equality and honesty, ensuring that the results of the analysis are kept in a reliable manner, increasing customer satisfaction and reliability, and increasing the quality of service provided by cooperating with our customers.

To use technological test equipments at the best level in accordance with the test methods and standards by showing good professional practices with its expert staff who are constantly trained in the subject and know the target.

To use the necessary reference / standard materials for the finalization of the tests with precision, if possible, to ensure the assurance of the quality of the test by comparison measurements with the national / international laboratory.

To ensure that the quality management system is communicated to the laboratory staff and that all laboratory personnel assimilate the quality system documents and that the measurements and analyzes are carried out according to the written procedures and principles from the quality system documents.

To provide the necessary personnel and resources for the continuous improvement of the quality management system.

Review that the quality management system is in compliance.

To determine quality targets in line with quality policy.
