- Lean Analysis provides an independent and impartial service to all its customers.
- The services provided and the rules applied are applied equally to all, regardless of customer differences.
- No employee conducts any suspicious behavior about his / her independence and impartiality in test and analysis studies.
- It is ensured that the importance of impartial behavior is understood at every stage of its activities, and possible conflicts of interest are recognized and managed in favor of the organization and impartiality is guaranteed.
- All employees are subject to the TS EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2012 general requirements standard for the competence of test and calibration laboratories. This standard lays down the conditions for recognition of the competence of laboratories providing testing, analysis and calibration services. LEAN Analysis is an organization that has applied to prove its competence in terms of this standard.
- In addition to the TS EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2012 standard, all employees operate in compliance with all other national and international standards.
- All employees take care of the confidentiality of all information obtained during and after the tests and analysis of the customers. It attaches importance to protecting the confidential information and registered rights of customers and keeping the test and analysis results in a safe way.
- No employee takes customer test and analysis samples out of the laboratory.
- No employee displays reports showing the test and analysis results of their customers to third parties or another customer.
- Reports of customers are prevented from reaching any other person or organization other than the customer.
